症例 Three vessel diseaseを合併した右室二腔症の1例
右室二腔症に合併する心奇形としては, 心室中隔欠損症,右室流出路狭窄症等があげられるが, 今回われわれは冠状動脈に三枝病変を有する右室二腔症を経験したので, 文献的考察とあわせて報告する. 症例48歳男性で, 幼少時より心雑音を指摘されていたが, 特に自覚症状はなかった. 40歳頃より仕事後の疲労感を強く自覚するようになり, 48歳のとき, 胸部絞扼感が出現, 近医にて心内膜下梗塞および心室中隔欠損症と診断され, 精査のため当科へ入院となった. 心カテーテル検査にて右室二腔症, 心室中隔欠損症, 右室流出路狭窄症, 大動脈弁閉鎖不全症と診断され, 冠状動脈造影では, 右冠状動脈に 100%,...
