婦人科がんを抱えた就労者における離職およびQOLの関連要因

本研究の目的は,婦人科がんサバイバーの就労問題,離職に関連する要因,および就労問題が就労者のQuality of lifeに及ぼす影響を明らかにすることである。18歳以上の婦人科がんサバイバー136名に対して横断的質問紙調査を実施した。就労群と離職群を対象に多変量ロジスティック回帰分析を行った結果,離職関連要因は,進行がん,全身状態不良,末梢神経障害,嘔吐による就労への支障,既婚が統計学的に有意な変数であった。線形回帰分析の結果,就労群のQuality of lifeに関連する要因として,高いソーシャル・サポート,高いセルフマネジメント,高い自己効力感はQuality of lifeを高めるこ...
