企業に勤める自閉スペクトラム症者におけるソーシャルスキル向上との関連要因
本研究では，文献レビューを通して，企業に勤めるASD者のソーシャルスキル向上との関連要因を考察した．第1に，本人周囲の職場関係者が自閉症特性に応じた就業環境の調整に向けた具体策をとることである．例えば，職場のノイズレベルに応じてイヤーマフの着用を認めることや，同僚によるサポートを充実させることで，社内でのASD者のインクルージョンが促進される可能性が示唆された．第2に，セルフ・アドボカシーのスキルを習得してもらうことである．それにより，当事者本人が職場に配慮事項を適切に伝え，能力を発揮しやすい働き方につながる可能性がある．今後は，同僚によるサポートが社内のインクルージョンに及ぼす影響や，セルフ...
