社交不安障害患者の解釈バイアスが社交不安症状に及ぼす影響 曖昧な場面の肯定的解釈・中性的解釈・否定的解釈からの検討
本研究は，SAD患者の曖昧な場面の中性的・否定的解釈の関連の検討，および曖昧な場面の肯定的・中性的・否定的解釈がSAD症状の重症度に及ぼす影響について検討を行った。SAD患者50名を対象に，（1）Liebowitz Social Anxiety Scale（朝倉ら，2002），（2）曖昧な場面の解釈の質問紙について回答を求めた。相関分析の結果，曖昧な社会的場面の中性的解釈と否定的解釈の間に相関は認められず，曖昧な社会的場面の肯定的解釈と否定的解釈の間のみに負の相関が認められた（r=-.48, p<.001）。重回帰分析の結果，曖昧な社会的場面の否定的解釈（β＝.34, p<.05）...
