人工股関節全置換術患者のQOL Oxford Hip Score日本語版の信頼性，妥当性
本研究では人工股関節全置換術（以下THA）患者を対象とした自己記入式疾患特異的QOL尺度Oxford Hip Score（OHS）日本語版を作成し，その信頼性，妥当性を検証した。調査はTHA後，退院後１ ヶ月以上手術後３年以内の173名（男性20名，女性153名，平均年齢60.7（SD±12.3）歳）に行った。OHS日本語版はCronbachα係数（0.91）により信頼性の内的整合性が認められた。妥当性は作成段階で逆翻訳の手法を用い，看護の専門家，翻訳の専門家，THA患者の意見を参考に改良を加えたことで，内容的妥当性が認められた。また，包括的健康尺度MOS36-Item Short-Form...
