1) 烏骨鷄 (5趾) と白色レグホン (4趾) との交配に於て過剩趾の遺傳を研究した。 2) 烏骨鷄×白色レグホン種の F1 は凡て過剩趾であつた (第2表)。 3) F2 に於ては過剩趾に對する正常趾の比が 3:1 に近い分離を示した (第3表)。 4) 退交雜に於ては過剩趾と正常趾の分離は 1:1 である (第4表)。 5) 以上の結果より本實驗の範圍内では過剩趾は常染色體單因子優性の遺傳をすると結論することが出來る。...
