We report here in a case of primary parathyroidism with psychiatric symptoms together with a re-view of the literature. 症例は抑うつ状態から意識障害にいたり, 内分泌学的検査にて副甲状腺ホルモン(PTH-C)が16.6ng/mlと高値を示していたことより, 原発性副甲状腺機能亢進症と診断した67歳の男性である. 精神症状の治療には抗精神病薬や抗うつ薬などの投与とともに副甲状腺の摘出術を行い, 改善が得られている. 原発性副甲状腺機能亢進症にみられる精神症状に関する症例報告は, 本邦では少ないと思われたので, 若干の考察を加えここに報告した. |
