マウスの接触過敏反応における局所の再燃反応には, 局所的な免疫機構, 例えば, immunologicalmemoryが強く関与していると考えられる。これをさらに検索する目的で, 以前に考案した“rechallengesystem”における反応局所であるマウスの耳介を材料とし, HE染色及び酵素抗体法を用いて, 組織学的な検討を行った。その結果, HE染色所見では, re-challenge 24時間後に, 真皮の著明な浮腫と炎症細胞浸潤が見られた。酵素抗体法による所見としては, re-challenge直前のマウスにおいて, 一度過敏反応が生じた耳介の, 表皮基底層と有棘層及び真皮内に, I...
