症例 乳児大動脈縮窄症に対するBlalock-Park手術の経験 特に遠隔時大動脈吻合部の発育について
乳児の心室中隔欠損と肺高血圧症を伴うpreducal coarctationの1例において肺動脈絞掘術と動脈管結紮術を行い.さらにlong narrowsegmentよりなる大動脈縮窄に対してはBlalock-Park手術法で大動脈の再建を試みた. 4年後の心カテーテル,心血管造影検査では大動脈吻合部の著明な発育を認あ,またほとんど有意の吻合部圧差を証明しなかった.本例においては2期的に肺動脈絞掩の除去と心室中隔欠損孔のパッチ閉鎖が行われ,術後1年の現在満足すべき経過をたどっている.
