Abstract | 本研究は, 看護基礎教育課程における血圧測定技術教育に関する文献をスコーピングレビューし, 教育効果の評価と教育方法の特徴を明らかにすることを目的とした. 検索語はnursing education (看護教育), blood pressure measurement (血圧測定), nursing student (看護学生) を用いた. 分析対象は14編であり, 評価には実技の行動評価, 測定値の読み取り精度, 学生の不安や自信, 患者との相互作用があった. 教育方法には, 教材, 講義の追加, 学生の省察を促進する, 不安や自信に働きかける方法があった. しかし, 学生の心理状態と血圧測定技術の関係は十分検討されていなかった. 以上の結果から, 血圧測定技術の評価と教育方法が概観でき, 看護学生の心理状態と技術習得との関連の教育方法改善に向けて必要な研究課題が明確になった. |
