頭頸部扁平上皮癌組織における基底膜糖タンパタラミニンの分布 ラミニン染色性と臨床像, 病理組織像との関係

頭頸部扁平上皮癌組織におけるラミニンの分布を免疫組織染色にて調べたところ癌胞巣周囲に分布が認められたがその程度はさまざまであった. 癌胞巣周囲の染色様態を正常型, 断裂型, 消失型の3群に分類し臨床的悪性度, 角化度, 浸潤様式との関係を検討した. 断裂型, 消失型でリンパ節転移, リンパ節再発の率が有意に高かった. 遠隔転移については消失型に遠隔転移が有意に多くみられた. 角化度の強い癌で正常型の比率が有意に高かった. 一方, 原発巣の大きさ, 浸潤様式とは有意な関係は認められなかった. 5年生存率は正常型で67.2%, 断裂型で52.1%, 消失型で31.0%であった....
