Abstract The potential subjects of multifunctional inverters that can participate in power quality management in Shenzhen are deeply analyzed, and the factors are analyzed. The basic principle of initial Shapley value is analyzed and the initial model is constructed. Modification factor is used to improve the Shapley value allocation method and build a more practical allocation model. Four factors of capacity cost, risk size, social responsibility and technical level were selected to form the correction factor, and the feasibility of the improved allocation method was verified by case analysis. Further improve the utilization rate and participation enthusiasm of multi-inverters participating in power quality management, and improve the auxiliary service market rules.
