Summary: | Since the global epidemic of COVID-19, a number of cluster COVID-19 cases caused by cold chain have been reported around the world, causing new risks and crises for cold chain logistics enterprises in China. System dynamics have significant advantages in handling complex causality and dynamically studying nonlinear structured systems. Attaching more importance to epidemic risk, and incorporate it into the cold chain logistics risk management system is is necessary. Establish cold chain logistics risk system dynamics model, and Dalian, "Chinese first cold chain base", was taken as an example for simulation. Study the epidemic risk, main risk, environmental risk and operational risk in the process of single cold chain logistics, and the impact of risk control strategies at different stages on risk control effect, risk control cost and performance of cold chain logistics. Simulation results show that although the epidemic risk level is not like the environmental risk, the epidemic risk grows rapidly over time, surpassing the subject and operational risk level in the later stage; but taking effective risk control measures can still reasonably control various risks and ensure the performance of enterprises. |
