EDUFLEX Card is the project designed in this study to streamline student tasks. The EDUFLEX Card features a unique ID assigned to each student, allowing for easy refill by the student with admin assistance. This card simplifies transactions at various campus locations such as the library, canteen, and stationary shops. When the card is swiped, the unique ID is scanned and the corresponding amount is deducted from the student's account. The card can be used in the library to pay fines, with the fine amount calculated based on the stored information retrieved using the ID stored in the card. Similarly, at the stationary shop, the purchased amount is deducted from the student's account. The same process applies at the canteen. By carrying just the college ID card, students can enjoy the convenience of the EDUFLEX Card, making many tasks easier and more efficient.
