Isolation of Phase Object in Edge-Enhanced Microscopy with q-plate under Tilted Laser Illumination
We propose and numerically demonstrate a method to isolate the phase edge from the amplitude-phase object by employing 4f system with a q-plate filter that uses multiple tilted lights to eliminate the amplitude edge.
