Abstract Autism Spectrum Disorder, ASD, is prevalent lifelong mental disorder associated with difficulties i n s ocial interaction, communication skills, and behavioral patterns. Numerous studies were presented suggesting abnormal development of neural networks in the brain in shape and connectivity. Magnetic resonance imaging, MRI, is used to diagnose the structural (i.e., sMRI) the functionality (i.e., fMRI) of gray matter and connectivity of the white matter (WM), using diffusion tensor imaging, DTI. The goal of this paper is to integrate these perspective to allow a comprehensive and personalized computer aided diagnostic (CAD) for ASD patients.
