Wavelet-transform usage for solving the problem of short electromagnetic pulse scattering by the perfect conductive strip

In this paper, the scattering of a short electromagnetic pulse by perfectly conductive strip problem is considered. The strip is located on border of two dielectric half-spaces. Fourier transform is applied on spatial co-ordinates and a wavelet-transform to time co-ordinate. The problem is reduced t...

Summary:In this paper, the scattering of a short electromagnetic pulse by perfectly conductive strip problem is considered. The strip is located on border of two dielectric half-spaces. Fourier transform is applied on spatial co-ordinates and a wavelet-transform to time co-ordinate. The problem is reduced to system of the integral equations, and then reduced to the infinite system of linear algebraic equations.
