Summary:In order to ensure the security of power grid and the enforceability of transaction contract, it is indispensable to carry out security check for medium and long-term electric quantity. This paper puts forward the security check method for whole trading process of medium and long-term electricity market. The pre-check calculation of limiting electricity quantity delimits the security scope for medium and long-term market transactions, and the post-check quantitative security check judges the enforceability of electricity quantity transactions. Furthermore, the transaction check optimization model based on SCUC technology is established, which carefully considers the future multi-period balance of electricity power and electricity quantity as well as the grid security constraints, to ensure the accuracy of the checking results. The case study based on the actual data of provincial power grid shows the effectiveness of the proposed method and model.
