Abstract | With the formal opening of BeiDou-3 Navigation Satellite System (BDS-3), the integration of BeiDou high-precision positioning and short message communication technology based on traditional ground and manual monitoring and information transmission means will play an important role in monitoring water safety in special areas. This paper aims at the lack of basic data, high requirements for information security, and difficulties in information collection and communication in the field of water security in special areas of China.and proposes an integrated dynamic monitoring system for communication, navigation and remote sensing for key targets in the Yajiang (Y J) watershed that combines BeiDou high-precision positioning, BeiDou short message communication and remote sensing technology, and expounds the design idea and workflow of the system. |
