Camera-Array 25-Plane Multifocus Microscope for Ultrafast Live 3D Imaging

We demonstrate an ultrafast Multifocus 25-camera-array microscope (M25) for truly simultaneous 3D imaging of 25 focal planes of a living specimen. Customized for functional neural circuit imaging, our M25 prototype captures 130×130×50um 3 volumes at >100Hz.
