Summary: | This investigation proposes a non linear sliding mode control procedure for frequency regulation in the presence of exogenic and scaling false measurement assault. The hackers can falsify the signal transmitted through information system. This may leads system oscillations or even leads system instability. The proposed control scheme is designed against false measurement assaults environments. The proposed controller is implemented on the two-area power plant in presence of the false measurement assault on tie-line real power exchange as well as frequency deviation and load disturbance. The controller parameters are obtained using LMI optimization framework and the stability convergence is checked using the Lyapunov stability approach. The MATLAB simulation results of the two-area power plant demonstrate the adequacy and vigor of the proposed controller even within the sight of false measurement assault and different load disturbances. |
