Summary: | The progress of science and technology has brought profound influence to education, which makes human learning more convenient and effective. Ubiquitous computing technology makes ubiquitous learning (U-learning) possible. Under the ubiquitous environment, the learning style has gradually changed from traditional learning to U-learning. U-learning is a new learning paradigm which has been studied in China in recent years. The basic concepts of ubiquitous computing and ubiquitous learning are introduced, the connotation, characteristics and function of ubiquitous learning are discussed, and the technical realization approaches of ubiquitous learning are given. |
