Summary: | The discrete Tchebichef transform (DTT) is a transform method based on discrete orthogonal Tchebichef polynomials, which have applications found in image processing and pattern recognition. This paper first introduces the positive and inverse transform of DTT, so that readers can have a certain understanding of the mathematical background of DTT. Then it introduces and summarizes the application and research advance of DTT. Finally, some ideas about the prospect of DTT application are put forward. This paper is a comprehensive summary of the existing development of DTT and can be used as a reference for DTT research. |
