Summary:Not weakening interest to excimer lasers is bound to a possibility of the reception of power impulses in the UV-field of a spectrum with different energy and the pulse width. With the purpose of energy reception of generation ~10-50 mJ, two types of electrodischarge XeCl-laser excitation system on storage lines were created. The storage lines were fabricated on the basis of the lumped capacitors and the distributed inductances. The first excitation system represents the LC-contour on basis of one storage line. The second excitation system represents the LC-inverter on basis of two storage lines. The modeling procedure of these excitation systems is developed, allowing calculate the form of a voltage pulse on laser electrodes, energy input in the active medium, voltage and current time dependence on excitation system elements
