Abstract In order to improve the stability of the control system in the plant, and the reliability of data transmission, this paper proposes a design of Environmental Control System Based on Embedded Modbus, using STM32 processor with embedded Cortex-M3 as the core. Through the Modbus fieldbus technology, the subsystems in the plant factory are relatively independent and easy to expand, improving the reliability of the transmitted data and avoiding unnecessary circuit interference. At the same time, in order to monitor the plant factory information in real time, the experiment developed a "smart plant factory environment control system" PC software using C# language. The results show that the plant growth cabinet based on embedded Modbus bus has good regulation, and plants based on this environment can get better growth.
