Summary:At present, the performance of corporate social responsibilities (CSR) in China is worrying. It does not perform its CSR for urban employee old age insurance well. Enterprises always evades their social responsibility of contributing to employee old age insurance. They uses various methods, such as false reports of the workers' number and the use sub-contract agencies. Enterprises do not have good self-discipline and morality to consciously perform their social responsibilities, and corporate economic institutional environment has not played a role in restricting companies from circumventing social responsibilities and cannot effectively prevent the company's moral hazard. Enterprises play a negative role in fulfilling CSR. This study will use CSR as lens to check the mechanism of how the institutional environmental constraints impacts on the fulfillment of CSR, and how to build a good economic institutional environment to guide and standardize enterprises in fulfilling their social responsibilities.
