Summary:In this paper, several compositions of the auxiliary power for the hybrid renewable energy system are presented. Among the compositions, multiple-input multiple-output flyback converter is applied to the auxiliary power supply of the hybrid renewable system. The validity of the proposed auxiliary power supply is verified by analyzing output characteristics from simulation and experimental results. Also, the process of transformer design in consideration of multiple-input multiple-output flyback converter is introduced.
