These limitations include tremor, fatigue, variability, and inability to accurately visualize or target disease discovered in volumetric imaging [computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans] with high accuracy and safety. Robotic devices also often provide improved access, dexterity, and precision.
