Abstract With the opening of the competition in the electricity sales market, smart cities, as the best experimental carrier for the comprehensive utilization of multi-energy, have a unique position in the field of comprehensive energy. Therefore, this paper constructs a profit model of comprehensive energy services. Firstly, by analyzing the energy supply system of the smart city multi-energy system, the typical application scenarios of the smart city multi-energy system are proposed. Secondly, the energy consumption characteristics of typical smart city users, including industrial enterprises, public institutions and residents are analyzed to study the transformation trend of smart city's multi-energy interconnection operation mode promoted by new electricity reform. Finally, the cost model of comprehensive energy service and the investment model for comprehensive energy service companies is proposed.
