Summary: | Since the duty cycle is one for frequency modulated continuous wave (FMCW) synthetic aperture radar (SAR) and the approach of pulse repeat frequency (PRF) online adjustment could not be adopted any more, a new approach of compensating the along track motion error is proposed without computational taxing interpolation. The distortion of SAR image derived from motion error is analyzed and the motion error is separated into inter-pulse and intra pulse error. The flow chart of compensation along track is eventually presented in this paper. Simulation result shows the method proposed is effective and practical. (5 pages) |
