Abstract Electrification is an important symbol of the progress of modern civilization. Electrification interacts with economic and social development, showing a positive correlation. The widespread application of electric power has promoted the continuous improvement of industrial and agricultural production efficiency and social productivity, and economic and social development has promoted the increase of the proportion of electric power in the final energy consumption. The paper uses official statistical data to calculate the level of energy electrification in Jilin Province over the years. At the same time, the energy consumption and power consumption of Jilin Province under the three scenarios are predicted, and then the energy electrification level of Jilin Province for a period of time in the future is predicted through the calculation method of energy electrification.
