Abstract | This study looked at the power density or received signal level indicator in the Alor Gajah district area, Melaka region from the ambient source of any frequencies transmitter, such as Base Transceiver Station, Television relay, AM & FM radio tower, etc, mounted along the Alor Gajah route with the aim of converting energy of frequency to direct-current energy or scavenging frequency purpose. To extract, plot, chart, and examine the information gathered, the survey used a FieldFox Microwave Analyzer, GPS tracker, OmniLog antenna, and applications such as Google Maps, and Google Earth, According to the findings, ambient frequency transmitters covered 20% of Alor Gajah area with power density greater than - 60 dB, while the remaining 70% of Alor Gajah area is within the range of - 60 dB to - 75 dB of power density. And only 10% of Alor Gajah area has power density below - 75dB. |
