Abstract | The evolution of war constantly gives birth to new technology, and the application of new technology constantly promote the iteration of war in return, which presents a spiral development process. In order to explore the applications of cutting-edge military technology, this paper designs the model of "Double Tops" characteristic subject group construction and studies the basic methods of constructing military and civilian characteristic subject group in Wuhan area by SWOT analysis method. This model focuses on analyzing the characteristic subject resources, regional strengths, policy advantages and the basic models of subject group construction in Wuhan area based on an universities' cooperation frequency matrix creating by particle swarm optimization, which can seize the opportunity of "Double Tops" subject group construction and realize the coordinated development of subject and regional strengths, forming the "Wuhan Mode" eventually. |
