Abstract | The paper analyzes and propose a simple method to increase efficiency of preparation line at cogeneration power plant in order to safe electricity consumption during methane-gas preparation. A big amount of side gases during different technological processes can be recycled into useful energy or warmth. Co-generation stations seem to be a perspective solution for recycling results of these activities with minimal environmental casualties. The present research describes an improvement that was made with cooling system of methane-gas before its combustion in cogeneration modules. The obtained benefits result in cost savings, automatization of existing technological process and increased safety for the workers. |
