Summary:Compared with traditional wireless communication, visible light communication (VLC) technology does not require spectrum mandate, there is no EMI, it can provide greater bandwidth and more flexible beam shaping solutions, while taking into account the lighting function and high-speed, Has a broad application prospect. In this paper, the RGB-LED visible light communication circuit is designed. Before the signal is sent, the signal is coded base on 8B/10B. Then we test the designed circuit. When using the circuit in this paper for communication, the data transmission rate is 2.5mbit/s when the transmission distance is 30cm, and the composite channel capacity is 7.5mbit/s, and the bit error rate in the case of coding and without coding is compared. The results show that the circuit designed in this paper has high communication rate and 8B/10B coding can effectively reduce the bit error rate.
