Abstract The COVID-19 Pandemic has a negative impact on education. This is why the Department of Education conceived of many forms of educational delivery. As a kind of learning, modularization is more popular. The purpose of this research was to describe the interrelationship between teachers' assessment and reporting competencies and students' performance in language arts classes when the teachers were categorized according to shared profile characteristics. Forty-one participants, including nine primary school instructors and 32 kids, provided responses. This research found a statistically significant correlation between teachers' years of experience, monthly salary, and highest level of education, as well as between teachers' evaluation and reporting abilities. During the COVID-19 pandemic, this study's correlation finding likewise found no significant association between teachers' assessment and reporting competencies and students' academic achievement in language arts subjects. Educators, on the other hand, gave themselves very positive ratings in the fifth domain of the PST. Teachers have reported low levels of student engagement as one of the main challenges they've faced throughout this epidemic. Teachers also addressed the reality that parents are the ones responding the modules and that some parents are unable to instruct their children. Meanwhile, this epidemic is causing challenges in the classroom as well. According to the responses, children and teenagers are not being adequately supervised at home. Keywords: Assessment and reporting competencies, COVID-19, Modular learning.
