Gas production is constrained by pipeline capacity, which is subject to a best-efforts gas processing agreement. To alleviate the pipeline production constraint, Stylus is completing a gas pipeline to a high-pressure gas gathering system that leads to a second gas plant in the area. This second pipeline, expected to be operational by the end of the month, can transport additional gas and associated liquids production of approximately 600 to 800 (300 to 400 net) boe per day. Stylus also agreed to purchase an idle hydration and compression facility located at Buick Creek in northeastern British Columbia, and plans to relocate its components to Vulcan. Stylus, through its acquisition of Kinloch, had a 30% interest in that hydration and decompression facility. Sampson Canada held the remaining interest.
