| Abstract | 이 연구의 목적은 영화 ≪그린북≫에 나타난 인종주의를 살펴보고 학생들과 토의를 통해 인종차별에 대한 해결 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 이 영화는 1962년 미국을 배경으로 인종차별 사회 속에서 흑인 피아니스트 셜리 박사와 운전기사 토니와 좋은 유대를 맺는 과정을 나타낸다. 이 연구는 2021년 2학기 S 대학교 글로벌 시대의 인문학 수업 시간에 다룬 주제 중 하나인 인종 주제를 활용하였다. 왜냐하면 인종주의가 발생한 이래로 현재 코로나19 팬데믹 상 황에서도 끊임없는 인종차별의 문제가 발생하고 있기 때문이다. 그러므로 연구자는 이론적 배경으로 인종주의와 상호 문화교육에 대해 살펴보고 영화에 나타난 인종차별 사례와 현재 발생한 인종차별 사례를 살펴보았다. 인종주의 차별 역사는 중세 유럽으로 거슬러 올라가고 종교적 갈등으로 발생하였고 백인 우월주의에 기인하였다. 이 인종차별 해결 방안으로 국제기구는 상호문화교육을 제시하였다. 그리고 이 연구에서 영화를 활용한 이유는 인터넷과 함께 태어나고 성장한 디지털 네이티브 세대라고 불리는 대학교 1학년 학생을 대상으로 학생들의 관심과 학습동기를 유발하고자 하 기 때문이다. 이 연구는 토의를 활용하여 인종차별에 대한 학생들의 해결책을 제시한 후에 연구자의 해결 발안을 제 시하였다. |

| AbstractList | The purpose of this study is to examine racism in the movie ≪Green Book≫ and to find solutions to racism through discussion with students. Set in 1962 in the United States, this film depicts the process of forming a good bond with the black pianist Dr. Shirley and the driver Tony in a racist society. This study utilized the subject of race, one of the subjects covered in the humanities class in the global era of S University in the second semester of 2021. This is because, since the outbreak of racism, the problem of racism has continued to arise in the current COVID-19 pandemic situation. Therefore, the researcher looked at racism and intercultural education as a theoretical background, and looked at cases of racism in movies and cases of racism that have occurred today. The history of racism and discrimination dates back to medieval Europe and was caused by religious conflicts and was attributed to white supremacy. As a solution to this racial discrimination, international organizations suggested intercultural education. And the reason why film was used in this study is because it aims to provoke students' interest and motivation for learning by targeting first-year university students called the digital native generation who were born and grew up with the Internet.
