Thrombopénies immunoallergiques induites par l'héparine: à propos de 42 cas

Heparin induced thrombocytopenia occurs in 42 patients, most of them treated with prophyllactic regimen. Clinical symptoms occurs in 33 cases, and are consistent with venous and arterious thromboembolic disorders. Death occurs in 11 cases (26,2 %) despite interruption of heparin therapy.
