波纹腹板H形钢吊车梁局部承压承载力

为研究波纹腹板H形钢吊车梁在局部压力作用下的承载力,设计制作了5个试件。试验证明,试件的局压破坏形态为腹板的屈服,呈现出腹板由压力中心依次向两边先后屈服的特征,破坏过程中塑性特征明显。试验得到的极限承载力高于等厚度的平腹板钢梁。有限元方法能够较好地模拟构件的受力过程、极限荷载和破坏模式。经有限元参数分析发现,波纹越稀疏,承载力越低,腹板厚度,翼缘和腹板强度对承载力有直接影响,腹板高度无显著影响。基于研究,提出了设计表达式,经与试验和有限元结果对比,设计方法准确有效,且具有一定的安全储备。...
