特高压柔直阀控系统链路延时分析与测试研究

模块化多电平换流器高压直流输电(modular multilevel converter based high voltage direct current,MMCHVDC)系统中链路延时对系统动态性能影响较大,如果延时设计不合理,会导致系统的稳定性变差。随着电压等级的提升,子模块数量相应增加,如何降低控制及保护的延时成为挑战。研究分析昆柳龙直流工程柳北换流站极1换流阀阀控下行、过流保护和上行3种链路延时的组成,提出了相应的测试方法,完成测试并提出优化方向。阀控下行、过流保护和上行链路延时分别小于40 μs、60 μs、60 μs,在现有硬件水平下已达到设计预期,满足现有控制链路延时需求。...
