腹膜糖转运及钠-葡萄糖共转运蛋白2抑制剂在腹膜透析领域的研究进展

钠-葡萄糖共转运蛋白(sodium-glucose co-transporter,SGLT)2抑制剂是目前临床广泛使用的新药物,已知SGLT2抑制剂可以通过阻断SGLT2减少近端肾小管细胞对葡萄糖的重吸收来降低 2型糖尿病患者的血糖.同时,该药物可为糖尿病及非糖尿病患者带来显著的肾脏及心血管获益.腹膜透析患者的人腹膜间皮细胞可表达SGLT.关于SGLT2抑制剂在腹膜透析领域的研究已有体外或动物实验报道,提示接受PD治疗的患者应用SGLT2抑制剂,可减少腹膜葡萄糖吸收,可能延迟腹膜纤维化的进展.同时,腹膜寿命的延长及转运功能的维持有利于保证透析充分性,改善患者预后.但是SGLT2抑制剂在腹膜透析...
