依达拉奉对认知障碍作用的研究进展

依达拉奉是一种自由基清除剂,具有神经保护作用.目前的研究认为,依达拉奉改善血管性认知障碍的机制可能与以下因素有关:清除自由基,抑制氧化应激;促进海马中神经营养因子的表达;抑制缺血诱导的海马钙-钙调蛋白依赖性蛋白激酶Ⅱ的失活,增加海马齿状回颗粒细胞下区双皮质素阳性神经元前体细胞数;通过抑制炎症反应,抑制星形胶质细胞活化,保护海马;抑制神经细胞凋亡.依达拉奉能改善阿尔茨海默病患者的认知障碍,其机制可能与减少β-淀粉样蛋白沉积,抑制Tau蛋白过度磷酸化,增强氧自由基代谢能力、降低氧化应激和炎性反应,增强突触功能等有关.此外,依达拉奉也可能对术后认知功能障碍、创伤性脑损伤后认知功能障碍、脑室内出血以及...
