脑微出血与阿尔茨海默病关系的研究进展
脑微出血(cerebral microbleeds,CMBs)是直径为2~10?mm的圆形或椭圆形低密度病变,病灶周围无水肿,经T2*梯度回波或SWI检查可以被发现,是脑小血管病的一种病理改变.随着影像学技术的发展,CMBs在阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease,AD)中的检出率不断升高.AD患者CMBs发生率高于健康人群及痴呆症患者,且主要分布在脑叶.CMBs可以通过参与颅内淀粉样变性和神经元变性,与载脂蛋白E基因产生关联及影响血脑屏障等方式在AD疾病进展中发挥作用....
