Validation tables of the Biomass in Pinusmaestrensis Bisse in the Agricultural Enterprise Guamá, Santiago de Cuba

The study was conducted in equity Guamá Agricultural Enterprise, located on the southern slope of the Sierra Maestra. In order to validate from a practical and statistical point of view the tables of green biomass of PinusmaestrensisBisse, There were selected randomly, according to forestry 36 trees distributed around the diametric range, which were demolished and cubed rigorously. The stem biomass was obtained by multiplying the volume by the density and green leaf and branch biomass, weighing separately. The study demonstrated, from validating these tables, that they can be used by the Agricultural EnterpriseGuama in the proper planning of forest management and the exploitation of planted forests of this species.
