一株亚洲象金黄色葡萄球菌的分离鉴定
对西双版纳病死大象送检的脏器进行细菌分离和生化特性分析,经16s rDNA克隆扩增测序后最终确定为金黄色葡萄球菌。该菌在TSA培养基上,菌落呈现浅黄色,生化鉴定表明尿素试验阴性,麦芽糖、乳糖、蔗糖、七叶苷、葡萄糖磷酸盐胨水、鸟氨酸脱羧酶试验阳性。药敏试验发现该菌对阿莫西林、头孢氨苄、 林可霉素、青霉素、新生霉素、呋喃唑酮、恩诺沙星、头孢他啶、卡那霉素、四环素、复方新诺明耐药,对环丙沙星、麦迪霉素、利福平、万古霉素高度敏感。并将纯化菌株进行动物回归试验致病性研究,结果显示该菌对小鼠有很强的致病性,病理切片显示心、肾、肠均有出血,肺脏淤血,肝细胞广泛性变性。...
