Seldinger catheterization under DUS of the superficial venous trunks offers us a simple and effective technique, with similar results to the direct administration of foam in the IVC. The Arranz technique is a technique developed for the specific treatment of CVI of the saphenous axes, Greater Saphena, Minor Saphena, and Anterior Saphena.
