Government function transformation is important for the economic development in Liaoning province. With pressure on slowing down the economy,contradiction of excess production capacity and difficulties in enterprise＇ s operation,the government of Liaoning province should further transform its functions so as to inject new dynamism and vitality into the economic and social development. To reposition government functions,redefine government right boundaries and redesign the government services may promote economic development in Liaoning.
