| Abstract_FL | Accelerating the building of a high-level socialist market economy is a major proposition for comprehensively deepening reform and opening up under the new environment and conditions.To a certain extent,the existing literature provides an important reference for us to scientifically know and understand the high-level socialist market economic system.However,the construction of a high-level socialist market economy system is the key task to promote the comprehensive deepening of reform in our country in the current and future period of time,how to better understand and grasp its connotation,construct its evaluation system,analyze its generation logic,and put forward the construction path are the key issues to be further discussed.
From the theoretical logic point of view,the high-level socialist market economy system is the innovation and development of the socialist market economy theory at a new historical starting point;From the perspective of historical logic,the high-level socialist market economic system is gradually formed in the process of establishing and improving the socialist market economic system.The core content of the high-level socialist market economy system includes adhering to and implementing the"two unswerving principles",giving better play to the role of market mechanisms to stimulate the internal impetus of the whole society,building a unified large market across the country and improving the basic system of the market economy,which is characterized by fairer,more unified,more efficient,more coordinated and more open.The evaluation system of a high-level socialist market economy system consists of a high standard market foundation system,an efficient factor market allocation mechanism,a high-quality market development environment,a highly coordinated market supervision mechanism,a high-level market opening system,and efficient macroeconomic governance.From the perspective of construction path,a high-level socialist market economy system needs to adhere to the"two unswerving principles"and fully stimulate the vitality of various economic entities;clarify the boundary between government and market,and achieve a better combination of efficient market and proactive government;build a unified national market and establish a high standard market system;improve the high-level system and mechanism of opening up to the outside world,and build a new system of higher-level open economy;establish a sound system and mechanism for developing new quality productive forces tailored to local conditions,and build a new pattern of innovation driven development.
Compared with previous literatures,this paper expands in the following aspects:first,it summarizes and analyzes the generative logic of the high-level socialist market economy system from two dimensions of theory and history,so as to deeply understand the theoretical uniqueness and historical inevitability of constructing the high-level socialist market economy system.The second is to explore the practice of the Chinese modernization road in-depth analysis of its connotation characteristics,system construction evaluation criteria,in order to firmly grasp the connotation and development requirements of building a high-level socialist market economy system in the new era.The third is to put forward a specific path to build a high-level socialist market economic system in the new era,so as to comprehensively promote the socialist market economic system to be more complete and mature.
To a certain extent,this study deeply analyzes the logic of deepening the reform of the economic system in the new era,summarizes and analyzes the scientific connotation of the high-level socialist market economic system,and systematically and completely constructs the evaluation system of the high-level socialist market economic system.On the premise of adhering to the basic socialist system,the paper puts forward the path construction of accelerating the high-level market economic system to provide theoretical support for deepening the reform of economic system and giving better play to the advantages of the socialist market economic system. |
