Summary: | The article is devoted to the study of the path of development of a multi-layered agricultural economy in Russia from its origins to modern times, as well as to the possibility of applying the experience of state regulation of agriculture in the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union. Largely due to the ongoing reform at the end of the 20th century, mechanisms that meet new economic and political challenges in the country are currently being implemented through the experience gained. The fundamental theoretical concept of the article is based on the historical aspects of agrarian reform, as well as materials formed on the basis of an analysis of domestic statistics on the collection of data on the situation of the agricultural sector of the country's economy and agricultural micro-records in 2021. The article notes that the process of privatization in agriculture has been underway for more than 30 years. The paper focuses on the fact that in Russia, according to the All-Russian Agricultural Census of 2006, 2016 and agricultural micro-census conducted in 2021, a decrease in all indicators can be noticed, namely, a reduction in the number of agricultural producers, except for personal subsidiary farms and other individual farms of citizens, Currently, as the authors emphasize, there is a search for effective models of economic development, including in rural areas. The experience of the member countries of the Eurasian Economic Union in solving issues of state regulation of agriculture was of great interest. The scientific research carried out by the group of authors is reflected in the works of domestic and foreign scientific researchers, in the proceedings of Russian and foreign scientific and practical conferences, symposiums, seminars. |
